They use the format of the Simple Tags plugin, which is as good a choice as any. Tags that are [tag]Wordpress[/tag] will turn into local tag links in the content, and will be added to the list of tags for the post and [tags]UTW[/tags] will be treated as a list of tags for the post, and be added to the list of tags for the post, and won’t display when you view the post.

Meines Erachtens unnütz. Es reicht doch wenn die Tags irgendwo aufgelistet sind… Und die paar mal wo mein einen Tag im Artikel verlinken will kann man auch die richtige URI schreiben.
