Every morning, I promptly get an SMS from the company which has details of the driver’s name, his mobile number, the expected time of the car’s arrival, the car’s number and even the make of the car. As soon as the car reaches my home, the driver sends out an SMS to me announcing his arrival. Should there be a delay, I’m immediately informed.
