Möchte gerne zwei praktische Tools vorstellen, mit deren Hilfe man Skype etwas Beine machen kann. Einmal Powergramo, das rein zum Aufnehmen von Skype-Calls gedacht ist und Pamela, das noch einige weitere Kunststückchen über das Aufnehmen hinaus bietet.
Powergramo:
Mit Powergramo kann man Skype-Gespräche aufzeichnen, völlig kostenlos im Gegensatz zu Tools wie Hotrecorder. Powergramo Features sind: Record incoming calls, outgoing calls or both, Save your recorded calls securely, Share your calls with friends, Get started in less than 3 minutes!, Totally free for download. Die Aufnahmen kann man in WAV oder Ogg Vorbis exportieren. Und wer mag per Audacity in MP3 konvertieren (wozu man allerdings den Lame-Treiber zunächst installieren muss, was sich aber in der Praxis auf einen Download und das Entpacken beschränkt 🙂 In der nächsten Version soll der MP3 Export integriert sein.
In der Proversion kann man etwas mehr tun:

Pamela:
0. Pamela kommt in drei Versionen daher: Free, Standard, Pro
1. Call Handling: Wenn man gerade in Skype spricht, ändert Pamela den Skype-Status. In der erweiterten Version (Bezahlstückchen) erhält der Zweitanruf eine autom. Chatnachricht.
2. Pamela kann als Anrufbeantworter fungieren, ohne daß man SkypeVM kaufen muss
3. Pamela kann autom. Chatnachrichten beantworten, wenn man beschäftigt ist
4. Calls aufnehmen: Freeware 4 Min., Standard 4 Stunden und Pro unbegrenzt
5. Skype Podcasting: You have a website and want to have people call the website and leave a comment. You install Skype and Pamela on a local PC that is connected to the internet. For this user you create a call me button and place it on the website. Then you customise Pamela for instance to record maximum 2 minutes and configure the podcasting settings. After this you install a free script on the webserver that reads the MP3 file data and the XML file placed on the webserver by Pamela and shows this on the webpage. From now on people can call your website by clicking the call me button and leave comments which appear instantly after they hang up! Just one example of how you can extend the functions of Skype. 6. Skype to Blog: You have a blog site and want to provide a live report on a soccer event you are visiting. You call your SkypeIn number and leave a report on how the game is going. After you hang up Pamela will automatically create a blog of this call and post it to your server. There visitors can listen to the MP3 right away. It’s not live, but close and opens new opportunities to use Skype. LIVE EXAMPLE: Make a call to callto://bestdamnblog and leave a message. Then open http://www.bestdamnblog.com and view your entry. You can also listen to your message right from the webpage! Similary to this is how the Pamela podcast module works. Aufnehmen kann man, allerdings zeigt sich nix auf der Seite, außer Einträgen aus Januar 06. Aber das reicht schon mal für einen ersten Eindruck. Auch ne interessante Geschichte.

Vielen Dank für den Hinweis! Ich brauchte ein Programm um Interviews für meine Diplomarbeit aufzuzeichnen. Du warst der erste Treffer bei Google, ich hab PowerGramo installiert und es hat prompt geklappt. Ich hatte es vorher mit audacity probiert, dort wurde die Stimme der Angerufenen aber nicht aufgezeichnet. Merci!

Darüber hab ich noch garnicht nachgedacht… prinzipiell ne gute Idee. Mal sehen, wie die Interviewten dazu stehen, ich geb dann mal Bescheid. Der Test hörte sich garnicht so schlecht an, nicht viel Rauschen und vor allem beide Stimmen in der gleichen Lautstärke.
Du kannst wegen dem Rausche einen tollen Trick anwenden: Lasse Powergramo ein Stück weit „Stille“ aufnehmen. Dann erst das Gespräch. So kannst Du dann in Audacity das MP3 File hochladen, die Ruhephase vom Rauschunterdrücker analysieren und dann über das File legen, wenn Audacity gelernt hat, was Rauschen ist. Hoffe, das einigermaßen gut beschrieben zu haben.
Hey, das hört sich gut an. Habs noch nicht ausprobiert, aber immerhin schon die entsprechende Funktion in Audacity gefunden. Bevor es nächste Woche ‚ernst‘ wird, mache ich wohl besser noch ein paar Tests. Ich halte dich/euch auf dem Laufenden…
